This Order Change & Cancellation Policy outlines how requests to modify or cancel orders placed with Alspiano ("we", "our", or "us") are handled. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
1. Order Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within a defined handling period after payment confirmation. Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
Once an order enters the processing stage, it is prepared for fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for modification or cancellation.
2. Order Changes
Customers may request changes to their order shortly after it is placed. This may include:
- updating shipping address
- correcting contact details
- modifying product selection (if not yet processed)
Change requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted before the order enters processing
- We cannot guarantee that all changes can be accommodated
- Changes may not be possible once fulfillment has begun
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.
- Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing
- Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible
- If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method
We reserve the right to determine whether a cancellation request can be fulfilled based on the order status at the time of the request.
4. After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
- It can no longer be canceled or modified
- Customers must follow the Refund & Return Policy for any eligible return requests
5. Incorrect Information Provided
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information
- Address changes may not be possible after processing begins
6. Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are placed unintentionally, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and attempt to resolve it before processing begins.
7. Refunds Related to Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days
If the order has already been processed or shipped, refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
In certain situations, we may review requests outside standard conditions. These cases are evaluated individually and may include operational errors or unusual circumstances.
Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
